I am a retailer - can I order on line?
As a retailer with a current EIN number, you must sign up to be approved and can order on line.  Currently you are able to purchase grills and burger presses on our secure site.  Please call our offices for cooler bags or charcoal bags inquiries as well as other products.  Click here to go to store.

Where can I use my EZ Grill?
You can use the EZ Grill anywhere you would use a regular BBQ Grill and more.  Take it when you go on a hike, to the beach, tailgating or use in your yard to get a great charbroiled taste.

Best places to set up my EZ Grill?
Please DO NOT use the grill indoors at any time.  Place the grill outdoors in a well ventilated area. Make sure you place on a safe surface (i.e one that is not likely to catch fire).  Do not use on a Boat or in any area that has flammable material.  Please use common sense when using any BBQ.  Do not use on glass, wood, or any other places that are lightly to burn, shatter or catch fire.   Grills get hot!  Do not allow children or pets around grills at any time!

Instructions say to light in one corner - what about lighting more than one area?
The instructions say to light ONE corner of the starter sheet so that the charcoal below has time to ignite.  If you light in several areas, the chances are that the charcoal may not heat correctly.  Remember we do not have additional chemicals and additives.

How long before the grill is ready to cook on?
The grill takes approximately 15 minutes for all the flames to die down and for you to be able to cook.  Timings may change due to weather conditions.

Used to seeing briquettes go white just before you are ready to cook? 
Other charcoal products have additives mixed with the briquettes to make them go white when the flames die down.  Ours do not!  Simply put - once the flames die down in our grills, you are ready to cook without all those additional additives and chemicals.  Take a look at the photo instructions on our products page - they look ashy but not white!

What is included in the EZ Grill?
Inside the outer box, you will find a grill unit with natural charcoal and a stand.  Simply place the grill unit on the stand and light the starter sheet with one match.  For set up photo instruction, click on over to our products page.

Does your charcoal comply with the South Coast Air Quality Management District Rule?
YES.  We have been approved by the SCAQMD

What are the best foods to cook on the EZ Grill?
You can cook most foods that you can cook on a regular BBQ.  Because our charcoal is close to the grill, foods may cook more quickly than a regular grill.  It is not advised to cook items that need a slow cook or have large bones in them.  On a regular charcoal grill, these items usually need to be tented in order to cook thoroughly.

How many burgers can you cook on each size of the EZ Grill?
The regular grill can cook up to 6 burgers depending on size.  The large can cook 8 or more.

Can you reuse or refill the EZ Grills?
The grills are ONE TIME use only.  Do not attempt to remove the grill from the aluminium container.  After use, dispose of responsibly ensuring that the briquettes are completely extinguished.

How long does the grill cook for?
During independent testing, the grill was consistently hot for 90 minutes.  Many users tell us that they are able to cook for longer than this time period.

How do we put out a hot EZ Grill if we do not have time to allow it to cool?
You can put out your EZ Grill as you would any camp fire.  Use dirt, sand or water to completely cool down the grill before disposing of it. 

How do I get coupons?
Sign up for coupons when we send out our newsletters.  We do not have set mailings or coupon giveaways but do try to give out some at least 2 or 3 times a year.  Click here or sign up on our Fan Feedback page.

Is your grill really recyclable?
Absolutely!  Here are some of the codes for recycling.

You will need to check with your local recycling facility to ensure that they take these items.

The charcoal is made from wheat, corn and rice husks.  Once cool, they can be emptied onto your soil.

Please rinse out the tray before recycling.

Can I store this in my house?
EZ Grills are easily stored in your home.  Think about keeping some on hand as part of your emergency preparedness kit.

What are the sizes of the grills?  Will the regular size fit in my backpack?
Regular size is 9.8 inches by 12.2 inches.  Party size is 18.9 inches by 12.2 inches.
