Dad's Grilled Pork Chops with Savory Steak Butter

INGREDIENTS:

Ingredients:

6 Tyson® Fresh Bone-in Center Cut Loin Chops

1 stick butter, room temperature

2 tablespoons steak sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

1 teaspoon liquid smoke

1 clove garlic, crushed

1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

DIRECTIONS:

Cooking Instructions:

1. To make savory steak butter, beat together all ingredients except pork chops in medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate.

2. Preheat grill to medium-hot. Wash hands. Season chops with freshly ground black pepper to taste. Grill chops, turning once, 12 to 15 minutes or until just done (155°F).

Serving Suggestion:
Serve chops with savory steak butter, a tossed salad and hot breadsticks. Refrigerate leftovers.
