INGREDIENTS:24-30 Shrimp, raw, peeled and deveined
12 or more wooden skewers
4 garlic cloves minced
1 white onion, finely diced
¼ cup Parsley, finely minced
¼ cup Basil, finely minced
1 tsp Dry Mustard
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Kosher Salt
¼ tsp Black Pepper
¼ Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS:
- Prior to use, soak skewers in water for 30 minutes to one hour.
- Combine garlic, onion, parsley, basil, mustard powder, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, olive oil and lime juice in a large, non-reactive bowl and mix well.
- Add shrimp, turning to coat and then refrigerate for 2 hours up to 24 hours.
- Thread 4-5 shrimp on skewers. (Tip: To keep the shrimp from spinning when turning, use 2 skewers when threading shrimp.)
- Heat up EZ Grill and wait for flames to die down.
- Grill for about 3-5 minutes per side.
