INGREDIENTS:4 Large Portobello Mushroom Caps
3 T Oilive Oil
1 T Minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Additional Items we like:
Grilled Red Pepper
Ripe Avocado
Sour Cream
DIRECTIONS:
- Place the mushroom caps, smooth side up.
- Rub top of all mushrooms with half of the olive oil.
- Flip over the mushroom caps.
- Sprinkle garlic, salt and pepper, plus the remaining olive oil on the inside of all the mushrooms and rub gently into the gills.
- Preheat your EZ Grill.
- Place mushrooms on the grill and cook for 5 to 8 minutes on each side or until tender.
- Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
- As a bonus, grill a few sweet red or green peppers along with the mushrooms!
