INGREDIENTS:4 Tyson® Fresh Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts or 4 Tyson® Individually Frozen Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 tablespoons mustard, coarsely ground
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups prepared deli coleslaw
4 slices rye bread, toasted
4 slices Swiss cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Wash hands. Combine mustard and pepper. Spread mixture onto both sides of chicken. Wash hands.
- Grill chicken 6 to 7 minutes per side or until done (internal temp 170°F).
- Top each chicken breast with one slice cheese. Cover and grill 1 minute or until cheese melts.
Serving Suggestion:
Place chicken on bread slices; top each with 1/2 cup coleslaw. Serve with crisp dill pickle spears. Refrigerate leftovers.
Tip: To substitute Tyson® Individually Frozen Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, rinse off ice glaze and pat dry before coating; increase cooking time by about one-third.
