Try These Tasty Recipes Cooked on the EZ Grill
INGREDIENTS:1/8 cup extra-virgin olive oil
8 Tyson® Fresh Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thigh Cutlets
Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
1 ¼ tablespoons fajita seasoning
½ teaspoon cumin seeds, ground
1 package of tortillas
Red Radish Pico de Gallo:
1 red onion, minced4 radishes, sliced thin, julienned1 cup cilantro, coarse chopped½ cup corn, sweet niblets, drained
Mix ingredients and season with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
DIRECTIONS:
1. Add chicken to large mixing bowl and toss with the oil and seasonings. Let marinate up to 30 minutes.
2. Preheat grill to medium. Cook the chicken about 6 to 8 minutes until chicken reaches 165° F on an instant-read thermometer. Slice, cooked chicken into strips.
3. Top pre-warmed tortilla with chicken and red radish pico, and serve with your favorite salsa.
