Grilled Lamb Chops

INGREDIENTS:

6-8 lamb chops (1 inch thick and trimmed)

Marinade (mix all ingredients together)
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic, pressed
3 tbsp. vinegar
5 tbsp. olive oil

DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients above.
Marinate chops for at least 3 hours.
Prepare your EZ Grill and wait until flames die down.
Cook over grill, basting frequently.
Cook about 6 minutes a side or longer until grilled to your desired "doneness".
