Grilled Pineapple - EZ Grill style

INGREDIENTS:
1 Lge Pineapple which you should peel and core.
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
2 T Lemon Juice

DIRECTIONS:

Light your EZ Grill
Cut pineapple into 1" thick slices
Mix sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice thoroughly
Brush each pinapple slice with the mix and place on grill
Grill until you get nice grill lines and the pineapple is tender and hot
Optional: serve with ice cream
