Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic Vinegar

Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic Vinegar INGREDIENTS:

Ingredients:

1 Tyson® Fresh Tenderloin, about 2 lb., cut into 8 filets

1/4 cup olive oil

1 cup balsamic vinegar

3 tablespoons fresh rosemary or 3 tablespoons fresh sage

1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
DIRECTIONS:

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat grill. Wash hands. Combine oil, vinegar and garlic with rosemary in resealable plastic bag. Add tenderloin filets and let set at room temperature 10 minutes, turning once.
  2. Remove filets; discard leftover liquid. Season filets with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Grill filets, turning once, 8 minutes or until done (internal temp 155°F).

Serving Suggestion:

Serve filets with baked potatoes and tossed salad. Refrigerate leftovers.
