Try These Tasty Recipes Cooked on the EZ Grill
INGREDIENTS:Ingredients:
4 Tyson® Fresh Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts or 4 Tyson® Individually Frozen Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 tablespoon Jamaican jerk seasoning
2 cups carrot, shredded
1/3 cup red cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup golden raisins
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS:
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat grill. Wash hands. Rub chicken with jerk seasoning. Wash hands.
- Grill chicken 6 to 7 minutes per side or until done (internal temp 170°F).
- Meanwhile, in bowl, combine carrots, red cabbage, raisins, honey, lemon juice and salt.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve grilled chicken and slaw with oven-fried herbed potatoes. Refrigerate leftovers.
Tip:
To substitute Tyson® Individually Frozen Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, rinse off ice glaze and pat dry before applying jerk seasoning; increase cooking time by about one-third. If you have very sensitive skin, wear disposable plastic gloves when rubbing seasoning on chicken and do not rub your eyes.
