Pork Chimichurri Kabobs

Pork Chimichurri Kabobs INGREDIENTS:

Ingredients:
1 Tyson® Fresh Tenderloin, about 1 lb., cut into 3/4-inch cubes

4 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons oregano, crumbled

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed

1/2 teaspoon black pepper, ground

1/2 teaspoon white pepper, ground


DIRECTIONS:

Cooking Instructions:

 

1.     Wash hands. Blend olive oil and all seasonings in a large resealable plastic bag. Add pork. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

2.     Preheat grill. Wash hands. Remove pork cubes from marinade; discard leftover marinade. Place pork on skewers. Wash hands.

3.     Grill kabobs, turning as necessary, about 10 minutes or until evenly browned and done (internal temp 155°F).

Serving Suggestion:

Serve with grilled skewers of sweet potato chunks and poblano peppers, and rice and black beans. Refrigerate leftovers.
