INGREDIENTS:24 Medium Buttom Mushrooms with stems removed
8oz Onion & Chive Cream Cheese
2 T Walnuts, finely chopped
2 T Gorgonzola Cheese, crumbled
1 bunch Fresh Parsley, chopped and divided
1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
1/4 tsp Fresh ground pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Light your EZ Grill
- Brush mushrooms with pastry brush or paper towel to clean (do not wash)
- Combine Cream Cheese, chopped Walnuts, Gorgonzola crumbled cheese, 1 tablespoon of chopped Parsley, Garlic Salt and Pepper and mix well.
- Spoon filling into mushroom caps.
- Grill over heat for 8 to 10 minutes until filling is warmed through and mushrooms are soft to the touch.
- Remove from grill and allow to rest for 2 to 3 minutes to cool filling before serving.
- Garnish just before serving with the remaining chopped parsley.
