Try These Tasty Recipes Cooked on the EZ Grill
INGREDIENTS:4 Tyson® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts with Rib Meat
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat grill to medium. Remove protective ice glaze from frozen breasts by holding under lukewarm running water for 1 to 2 minutes. Pat dry.
2. Combine vinegar, water, margarine, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and pepper in a small saucepan; bring to boiling.
3. Place chicken on grill. Brush with half of sauce; grill 8 minutes. Turn and baste with remaining sauce. Grill 7 to 8 minutes longer or until done (internal temp 170°F).
Serving Suggestion:
Serve chicken with grilled fresh vegetables and Parmesan and parsley pasta. Refrigerate leftovers.
