OFFICIAL RULES: No purchase necessary. To receive this prize, you must be 18 years of age or older. One (1) winner will be chosen from entries received per month – videos count as 2 entries. The winner will be notified via e-mail or phone. Winning photos, videos and recipes along with  all other photos, videos and recipes submitted may be featured on our website. Employees of the participating partners and P&M Products Inc and their affiliates are not eligible to participate.  Personal information will not be shared with any third party and will only be used to contact the winner(s).

By submitting your photo(s), videos or recipes P&M Products, you grant P&M Products Inc., a royalty-free license to publicly display, reproduce, and use the photographs, recipes and videos in any form or media for any and all editorial and related promotional purposes in perpetuity. You also warrant that the photos, videos and or recipes are your original work, do not violate the copyright or any other personal or property right of any third party, and you have obtained any and all releases and permissions necessary for our intended use.

By participating, you agree to waive any claim that you may have against P&M Products for any losses, costs, injuries, or other damages that you may incur in obtaining photos, videos or recipes to participate in this giveaway, and you agree to indemnify P&M Products against any claims that may be brought by a third party as a result of your photography, videos and recipes.
